• DO NOT DROP (If Mugs are dropped, they will more than likely crack and usually not repairable).
• KEEP AWAY FROM ABRASIVES AND CHEMICALS
Shipping and Handling Time

• Processing time is 3-5 business days.
• Standard shipping is an estimated 2-3 business days through USPS.

• Please be aware that each coffee mug is handmade and therefor is subject to small imperfections to be unique and some slight imperfections may exist. These variations do not take away from the look or nature of the design. Each coffee mug is made with love, care, and the hope to pass on feelings of happiness.

• If there is a serious issue/defect with your coffee mug, please message me within 3 days of delivery and we can discuss options.
***NOTE: IF there is a defect on my end and a replacement coffee mug is agreed upon, it will not be shipped out while you are in possession of the original coffee mug. The original must be returned to me.

• Spelling errors by buyers (typed into the personalization box or messaged to me) are not considered flaws/defects.

• Dropping your coffee mug and cracking the epoxy or seal is not considered a flaw/defect. HANDLE WITH CARE
