• Please be aware that each tumbler is handmade and therefore is subject to small imperfections to be unique and some slight imperfections may exist. These variations do not take away from the look or nature of the design. Each tumbler is made with love, care, and the hope to pass on feelings of happiness.

• If there is a serious issue/defect with your tumbler, please message me within 3 days of delivery and we can discuss options.
***NOTE: IF there is a defect on my end and a replacement tumbler is agreed upon, it will not be shipped out while you are in possession of the original tumbler. The original must be returned to me.

• Spelling errors by buyers (typed into the personalization box or messaged to me) are not considered flaws/defects.

• Dropping your tumbler and cracking the epoxy or seal is not considered a flaw/defect. HANDLE WITH CARE
